The playbooks for launching software were written for a world that no longer exists. AI-native products create their own category, sell to buyers who don't yet have a budget line for them, and earn trust before they earn revenue. I'm running a study to map what's actually working.

The report pairs a survey of AI-product marketers and founders with a set of operator interviews, then turns the findings into something you can use: where demand really comes from, how pricing and packaging get decided, and which launch motions compound.
